Training and Certifications

At Applied Copier Concepts training is a vital part of our service department. Our entire staff of service professionals is equipped with technical training and certification from the manufacturer. Other certifications of our technical staff also include CompTIA A+, N+ and Microsoft MCP. What does all this mean? Our technical staff is equipped with all the resources to quickly repair your equipment the first time and reduce your down time.

Response

Applied Copier Concepts prides itself in our rapid response to requests for service. Our average response time is 3.2 hours. The whole process begins with talking to a live customer service representative that may be able to fix your problem over the phone. If there is no fix over the phone a service call is placed immediately into our computerized dispatching system. A service professional is then notified instantaneously with the details of the service call  and dispatched to your location. Communication is a vital part of this process and is carried out instantly between dispatch and the service professional via an automated dispatching system.
